   To identify individuals affected by poverty, physical or psychological difficulties, educational challenges, and poor living conditions, and provide structured intervention through planning, leadership, coordination, and resource delivery within a 14-day action cycle per unit.
    
2. Follow-Up and Progress Evaluation
   After the initial 14-day intervention, beneficiaries are monitored, progress is assessed, and reports are prepared. Necessary updates and additional support are provided within the following 7-day review period.
    
3. Continuous Program Review
   Reports, programs, and research are reviewed and improved on a recurring 7-day evaluation cycle to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.
    
4. Institutional-Level Development Pathway
   Beneficiaries who successfully progress through support stages are evaluated and guided toward higher levels of institutional or long-term development programs. This step ensures individuals become capable contributors aligned with the organization’s long-term community development objectives.
